Beacon Hill Legal is working with a boutique litigation firm in Chicago who is looking to add a MedMal Paralegal to their team. This paralegal will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all aspects of records and materials pertaining to case, manage electronic version of case file
• Manages record subpoenas and collection process
• Assists with the collection of material from clients, opposing parties, and third parties
• Complies appendices and exhibits
• Manages trial and hearing preparation and support, including coordinating and managing trial technology
• Supports the preparation of pretrial documents
• Assist with the preparation, e-filing, and service of pleadings. May include preparing briefs, discovery, pleadings, and other various legal documents

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. They are looking for someone who has experience prepping for trial and experience managing records and discovery. This firm is working on a hybrid schedule. Salaries up to $85k (DOE).
