Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join an outstanding law firm that is nationally recognized. This is a full time, permanent position, 35 hour work week, in office 3 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation up to $85K+
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 7+ years of Litigation experience - preferably Labor and Employment Litigation experience
- Provide exceptional support to executive and partner-level attorneys within Labor and Employment practice group
- Extensive experience with Transcribe, type, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, memos, and reports from dictation, handwritten or existing documents
- Managing a very active calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel plans
- Additional duties include other administrative and support tasks, as assigned
Salaries are based on experience and up to $85K!
