Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a Midwest based law firm to identify a Sr. Legal Recruiting Manager for the firm's Chicago office!

Reporting to the firm's Chief Talent Officer, the sr. Legal Recruiting Manager will manage the attorney recruiting process for Associates, Of Counsel, and non-equity Partners. The Manager will partner with firm leadership to develop strategies for growth and retention.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

• Conducts Attorney searches across offices
• Collaborates with Practice Group Leaders to understand hiring needs for their specific practices.
• Works closely with CTO and DEI Committee to push DEI goals forward as they relate to recruiting and hiring
• Manages the posting, selection, and interview processes for candidates, including offer process.
• Maintains knowledge of recruiting best practices impacting compliance, policy, and the recruitment and retention of attorneys
• Reviews hiring process and makes recommendations for ways to enhance the process
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of attorney recruiting experience within a legal environment. Large or mis size law firm experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Must be an effective communicator with attention to detail and a client service attitude.

This is a full time, direct hire position. 37.5 hour work week, Exempt.
