A Chambers' ranked firm is looking to add a Corporate M&A associate to sit in either their Chicago, Detroit or DC office. This is a great opportunity to fill a key role within a highly sophisticated and collaborative team of attorneys and work on complex matters domestically and internationally.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years' corporate M&A experience in a sophisticated law firm setting. Experience leading deal teams is a must as this position will provide this candidate a lot of autonomy in moving deals forward. Matters at the firm include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalization, and restructuring transactions.
