Beacon Hill Legal is working with a mid-sized IP law firm who is looking for a Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant for their office in Boulder. This legal assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare, support, and file US, PCT, and international patent applications
- Manage docket
- Draft correspondence and non-substantive documents
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of patent prosecution experience. They are looking for candidates who have a strong attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. This position is currently working a hybrid schedule. Salaries up to $60k (DOE).
