Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal for the Ann Arbor, MI, headquarters of a large national corporation. The Trademark Paralegal will support the company's IP attorneys with global trademark and domain efforts. Typical working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Maintaining trademark and domain name databases and preparing routine summary reports
- Filing trademark applications, renewals, appeals, etc.
- Conducting trademark and domain name searches
- Assisting with trademark infringement litigation including communicating with foreign counsel
- Reviewing new product and marketing campaigns for IP and clearance issues
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with Trademarks.
- Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with CPI is a plus, but not required.
