Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an international company in the automotive industry in their search for a corporate attorney to join their in-house team.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years' experience in a law firm setting. Experience with M&A deals, financing, and project management is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group with great mentorship, gain a generalist practice and experience managing outside counsel(s).
This position sits fully remote but is reporting directly to an attorney located in the Research Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill).
Compensation package includes base salary (range starts at $100,000), 20% year end bonus target, and benefits package.
