Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Cleveland office of a well-respected full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will be responsible for supporting the firm's busy Trusts and Estates practice. Duties include, but aren't limited to:

• Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents
• Heavy scheduling/calendaring
• Preparing expense reports
• Entering attorney billable time
• Maintaining routine client contact

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in probate/estates and trusts work
• Proficiency with MS Office (including Outlook & Excel)
