Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to join a top full service Ohio law firm in its Cleveland based Healthcare Group. The Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the group's attorneys with a busy and growing healthcare practice. Duties include but aren't limited to the following:

• Preparing, editing, and proofreading transactional legal documents;
• Assisting with real estate closings including preparation of closing documents and binders;
• Communicating routinely with clients;
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions;
• And more.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a corporate or real estate paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office
