Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Mass Tort/Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join a Midsized Law Firm located in the Chicago Loop! This is a full time, permanent position, 40-hour work week, hybrid schedule, full benefits, and paying between $60,000-$70,000.
Skills required and Job Duties include the following:
- At minimum 3+ years of Mass Tort and/or Personal Injury litigation experience
- Must know how to manage cases from inception through trial
- Must have experience with creating table of contents and table of authorities
- Must have extensive electronic filing experience with the state and federal courts
- Review and summarize medical records and prepare medical chronologies
- Extensive experience with drafting, responding, and reviewing discovery requests, discovery responses, document productions, litigation holds, privilege logs, subpoena preparation and follow-up, and the ability to draft basic pleadings including motions to compel, mediation summaries, and initial pleadings
- A 4-year degree and Paralegal Certificate is preferred; but not required
The firm emphasizes on work life balance, have WFH flexibility and Salaries are based on experience ($60,000-$70,000).
