Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a mid-sized law firm located in Boston, MA that is seeking a Trust & Estate Legal Assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience to join their team. The Trust & Estate Legal Assistant will be supporting attorneys handling estate and gift taxes, estate planning, estate nd trust administration, and business succession planning for moderate to high net-worth clients

This firm has a phenomenal culture with little to no turnover. This position is in-office and paying up to $90K plus bonus and full benefits.

Legal Assistant Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and review estate planning documents: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney (Health Care and Property), Living Will, Insurance Trusts, Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts, etc.
• Obtain and maintain tax identification numbers
• Maintain trust/estate financial records
• Organize and maintain client files. Ensure client files are up to date and ready for quick access and reference
• Type and enter attorney time entries into billing system
• Maintain attorney schedule and calendar
• Schedule meetings and conference calls and ensure all details are taken care of, including distributing documents for the meeting in a timely manner
