Terrific opportunity to join a thriving, collegial law firm as a litigation assistant in the IP group. This role is excellent for someone with previous litigation experience who wants to break into the exciting and challenging practice area of intellectual property. The varying day-to-day responsibilities will include document preparation and management, e-filing with courts, assisting with cases from inception through trial prep and occasional travel for trial, billing and frequent communication with clients, in addition to a number of projects.
