The Boston office of a full-service national law firm is looking to hire an Employment Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of experience. This firm has a well-regarded Labor & Employment practice with a deep bench of talented attorneys. They're looking for someone who has the ability to handle most aspects of litigation on their own, such as drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting and defending depositions; and attending certain court appearances. Having experience with discrimination, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets is strongly preferred.
