A Chambers' ranked Full Service Boutique firm is looking to add a corporate associate to their Financial Institutions Group. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years' sophisticated law firm experience ideally, working with corporate, M&A and/or securities side of the practice. (Bank regulatory experience is not necessary.)

- Hybrid / flexible in-office schedule (2x a week)
- No billable requirement (group averages 1850)
