This multifaceted role will assist with corporate governance, Board of Directors, SEC matters and compliance. There is ample opportunity for growth and learning, as well as cross-functional collaboration with other groups within this innovating company.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar corporate paralegal role where the focus was on securities and corporate governance, forming and maintaining domestic and international entities, drafting and reviewing SEC filings, annual report filings, preparing board agendas, presentations and relevant materials.
