Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join a law firm in the Milwaukee area! This position will support the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) by managing day-to-day HR activities. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and organizing wellness and engagement events. This position offers competitive salaries starting at $85K+ (DOE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruiting efforts, including managing the firm's LinkedIn account and coordinating interviews.
- Support new-hire orientation and maintain staff levels.
- Address employee inquiries on benefits and policies.
- Develop and review job descriptions and position specifications.
- Prepare reports, bonus memos, and assist with salary surveys and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- In-office presence required; occasional overtime may be needed.
- Must have law firm experience.
