Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join a Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury law firm downtown Chicago! This role calls for a proactive individual who is diligent, meticulous, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment. A flexible hybrid schedule will be considered after training! This role offers a competitive salary starting at $65K+(DOE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute advanced paralegal tasks with a focus on medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
• Manage administrative duties such as scheduling depositions and overseeing case calendars.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and pleadings.
• Support attorneys in all phases of case management, from initial filing through trial.
• Perform legal research and compose legal documents.
• Maintain well-organized and detailed case files.
• Interact professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice and personal injury law.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled in legal research and proficient with legal databases.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
