Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an IP Litigation Legal Assistant for an exciting opportunity with a leading law firm. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, typically WFH on Mondays and Fridays) and competitive compensation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of IP litigation experience
- Strong federal and state filing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well with others
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage cases, coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
- Assist with discovery requests, trial preparation, and e-filing
- Maintain client files and manage attorney calendars
- Handle billing, conflict checks, and travel arrangements
