Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to assist with contract management and administration, as well as corporate governance and recordkeeping. This person's enthusiasm for continual improvement will enable the legal team to evolve as it supports the growing global organization.

The Contracts Administrator will provide support related to all aspects of US commercial contracting and corporate governance. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. The Contracts Administrator will report to the General Counsel, based in Boston, and will work closely with the firm's HR, tax, and finance groups, the wider global operations team, and our external law firms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and consulting agreements
  • Maintain file systems for legal documents, including managing DocuSign requests and internal storage and corporate records
  • Organize and update contract templates for client, vendor, and contractor relationships
  • Assist with preparation and tracking of corporate resolutions for all entities within the firm's global structyre
  • Coordinate with finance team and external legal counsel to prepare, track, and maintain global equity records and documentation
  • Directly support General Counsel on ad hoc projects, including, for example, legal research on relevant topics, development of internal policies, and administration of compliance programs
