Beacon Hill Legal is working with our Am Law 100 client on a Real Estate paralegal opportunty. This position is hybrid in Century City. This position requires 4+ years of experience with the below:
- Transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales transactions, and leasing
- Title and survey review
- Negotiating title coverage and endorsements, loan documents, real property searches, preparation of closing and post-closing documents
- Preparation of deeds and property tax forms, title review
- Coordination of closing activities, as well as familiarity with general corporate structure
- Must have some deeds experience to assist the Trusts & Estates department
