Beacon Hill Legal is working with our Am Law 200 client on a litigation legal assistant opportunity. This position is in office 5 days a week in Century City. 4+ years of litigation legal assistant experience in a law firm is required.

The ideal candidate will assist the Litigation Department and have superior organizational skills, can handle a high volume and fast-paced environment, pays strict attention to detail, and takes initiative to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Corporate experience a plus.

Your Legal Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with client intake
• Handling heavy calendaring and scheduling meetings, phone calls, and other deadlines
• Preparing client correspondence and paying attention to detail and document accuracy
• Assisting with preparing and filing documents in State and Federal courts
• Assist with redlining/track changes/revisions
• Entering attorney time
• Organizing and handling all mailings
• Organizing and managing client files
• Entering and scanning information into file databases and case management software
• Work with supervising attorney to ensure all deadlines are met
• Assisting with some document production
• Provide junior level paralegal support to attorneys
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Other administrative duties as assigned
