Beacon Hill has an immediate position open for a Lead IT Support Technician to work with one of our clients, who is one of the nation's leading biometric electronic companies.

Location: Greater Sacramento - Onsite

Duration: 6-12 month Contract to Hire

Company Size: 100,000 employees

Company Type: Technology and Electronics

Pay Range: $20-30/hr

Required Skills:

• Customer service experience supporting internal or external users
• 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role: helpdesk support, desktop support, network support, etc.
• Experience troubleshooting networks, hardware, linux, or windows

Bonus Skills:

• Leadership responsibilities within IT Support role

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead customer-facing meetings and will be handling escalated client tickets.
• Ensuring that team is on track to resolve tickets and hitting metrics.
• Support Technician Team Responsibilities:
• Perform the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of computer and related systems.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems when they relate to desktop or laptop computers and peripherals.
• Provide Data Center support including: Daily monitoring / checks; logging of noted issues; troubleshoot or assist in troubleshooting of data center related issues.
