Our client, a local commercial real estate firm, is seeking an on-site temporary-to-hire Leasing Consultant to support their team in Rosslyn, VA!

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service-related fields such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants (property and/or marketing experience is a plus).
• Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong aptitude for computer systems and software.
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

The Job:

• Act as the face of the building.
• Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Community/resident event planning and flyer creation.
• Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.
