Our non-profit client is looking for a Director of Finance. This is a unique role that will give you the chance to grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee annual budget and planning costs
- Monitor budget changes through the year and manage the financial status
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain general ledger including journal entires, allocation of payroll, bank account reconciliations
- Assist with audit readiness and prepare documentation as needed
- Oversee inventory management and maintain relationship with suppliers
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA preferred but not required
- Previous experience in nonprofit sector required
