Beacon Hill is looking for an experienced Contract Analyst for a corporation in Downtown Chicago!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of contracts with strong research and organizational skills
- Understand complex licensing agreements and identify deviations from standard contract language
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Work independently, adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and create reports of findings
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand a variety of terms and conditions within legal contracts
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with contract repositories and banking/finance industry
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in legal studies or comparable experience
Software Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
