Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking paralegal candidates with at least 3+ years of adoption immigration law experience for a role with an AmLaw 100 firm. Candidates in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs, Pittsburgh, Wilmington, Delaware and Southern New Jersey are strongly encouraged to apply.
Ideal job candidates will possess substantial prior law firm experience working specifically within an adoption practice.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of immigration law experience.
- Must have experience with data entry; including detail tracking into case management systems and deadline monitoring.
- Will work closely with attorneys, other support staff, firm departments, and directly with clients. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all drafting of documents and other correspondence.
- Experience using LawLogix and INSZoom is a plus
