Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Clinical Trial Contracts Manager for an opportunity with a global biotechnology company in the greater Philadelphia region. This is a long-term temporary position and a great opportunity for professionals with clinical trial contracts experience in the life sciences industry. Candidates selected for this position will take on project management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing the contracts specialist team
- Attending study meetings
- Negotiating clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs and ICFs in support of clinical trial studies
- Tracking study timelines
- Coordinating with budget team
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' contracts management experience in the clinical trial space, negotiating clinical trial agreements, CDAs and ICFs, etc.
- Strong contracts review and analysis experience
- Strong and proven Project Management skills
- Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment, understanding quick turnaround time for deadlines in clinical trial
- Will work closely with counsel, global contracts management, and the clinical studies team,
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must come with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
