Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking experienced paralegal candidates to be considered for an urgent temp-to-hire paralegal need working in-house with a construction company in the Greater Philadelphia region. The paralegal will provide legal and admin assistance to the General Counsel, and will be responsible for a broad array of matters encompassing corporate and real estate law.
Job duties include preparing corporate documentation (such as formation documents and franchise filings), assisting the Legal Department with the administration transactional matters, and supporting both the GC and the Real Estate Development team with development closings and post-closings.
The ideal candidate will come with at least 3+ years of previous legal support/legal assistant/paralegal experience working closely with senior attorneys or General Counsel within either law firm or corporate professional environments.
