Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking experienced legal operations professionals for upcoming staffing needs with companies throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. Legal operations candidates with a particular focus on vendor and billing management responsibilities are encouraged to submit their resume for review.
Qualified legal operations candidates will come with the following experience:
- Strong understanding of vendor relationships and related vendor invoice issues;
- Robust facility with managing vendor outreach related to invoicing issues and other affiliated matters;
- Strong timekeeping management skills;
- Experience with reading/navigating vendor contracts, including familiarity with technical contract language related to invoicing/billing requirements;
- Experience with supporting processes related to change management;
- Must have strong communication skills, attention to detail;
- Must be relationship focused, and ideally come with previous experience working with business partners and law firms (including outside counsel)
