Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking an experienced litigation paralegal/legal assistant available for temporary employment to join the BUSY trial team of a regional defense firm. This is a great opportunity to join a strong team who is seeking temporary support for the beginning of the year.

Location: must be able to work on-site in Absecon, NJ office.

Hours: regular business hours, working 35-hour work week

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Candidates considered for this role will provide dynamic and multifaceted trial support. Will be supporting team of four (4) attorneys involved in heavy litigation and construction practice, also working alongside other legal support staff.
• Candidates will ideally come with prior litigation paralegal/legal assistant experience. Trial experience preferred.
• Must be able to assist with trial prep, including assembling binders, exhibits, presentations.
• Some office assistant work may be required.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
• Must come with strong technical skills, including working with document management systems, billing systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Dictation/transcription experience would be preferred (although not required)
