About the Role:
Join our team as a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison in Jefferson County, TN. You'll provide therapeutic services primarily to students in grades 6-8 within a school setting, with opportunities to engage with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices.
- Educate staff and families about behavioral health needs.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage crisis situations.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to programming recommendations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field (CACREP accredited).
- Eligibility for temporary LPC within 6 months; LPC-MHSP preferred.
- Experience with diverse populations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and families.
Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:30pm
