Beacon Hill Financial Staffing has an exciting Accounts Receivable opportunity with a rapidly growing company in the SeaTac, WA area. This position offers a hybrid schedule for the foreseeable future, and the company provides ample opportunities for career advancement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will be responsible for posting customer payments, investigating payment discrepancies, and balancing daily transactions.
Job Duties:
- Manage and enter unidentified payments into the company database.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure proper posting of unidentified payments.
- Process and post checks and wire payments.
- Reconcile daily work with vendor notifications and bank statements.
- Assist with payment investigations and reconciliation variances alongside the Cash Accounting team.
- Process credit card returns and prepare customer refund requests for management approval.
- Research, identify, and post electronic payments that have been allocated to suspense accounts.
