A winning litigation team is looking for a sharp legal assistant to join their thriving practice. The successful candidate will have previous proven experience supporting busy litigators with federal and state filings, preparation and drafting of various legal documents as well as client communication, have high proficiency with MS Office, billing software and a document management system. The assistant will also act as gatekeeper, communicate with internal and external professionals, maintain calendars, schedule meetings, travel arrangements, oversee complex expense reporting and perform research on an as needed basis.
