Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a prominent, local boutique law firm in their search for a Litigation Legal Assistant to support 2-3 attorneys in a specialized practice area.

The Litigation Legal Assistant will be expected to assist attorneys with document prep and editing, eFile in State & Federal Courts, and handle administrative tasks for attorneys like calendaring, travel, expenses, and time entry.

Qualified Assistants will have 5+ years of Litigation experience preferably from a large law firm and the ability to handle a fast paced assignment. The attorneys on this desk are great to work with and the firm has a inclusive, team culture, awesome resources for staff, and a brand new Chicago office!

This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits + other firm perks. Staff works onsite 4 days a week in the Loop office with one day remote. Firmwide WFH days are offered in addition to the regular schedule. Assistants generally work 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch (35 hour work week)
