Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a temp to hire Litigation Paralegal for a client, an International Corporation in their legal department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation. This position is 100% in the office in their Addison location.
Duties include:
- Strong writing skills
- Independent, self-motivated, confident, organized, and calm in the face of a high volume of questions
- Experience investigating demands and preparing draft responses to attorney demand letters, attorney general complaints, and coaching employees to defend small claims matters
- Fielding legal questions from the field employees and coaching employees to resolve business issues
- Monitoring a Legal Correspondence inbox from the field and routing or responding to requests for guidance
- Escalating service of process of legal filings
