Beacon Hill Legal is working with a national law firm in Milwaukee who are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to add to their team. This paralegal will be responsible for the following:
- Obtain necessary authorizations for medical records
- Continual review and management of case files
- Collect, organize, safeguard, and electronically store medical records and imaging whilst maintaining inventory log
- Prepare initial discovery i.e. interrogatories, requests for production, and request for admissions
- Prepare various legal documents
- Prepare trial exhibits
- Attend trial as necessary
Qualified candidates will have at least 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience in exhibit software such as Sanction/Trial Director/ TrialPad/ Relativity and PowerPoint. This role has some flexibility with working from home. Salary is dependent on experience.
