Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid

Beacon Hill is searching for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a prominent law firm based in Hackensack, NJ. This role will be hybrid with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

This person should have at least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal in a reputable law firm. This person should have experience in drafting legal instruments, docket management, and trial prep experience.

The salary for this role depends on experience but expected to range from $75,000-$95,000.

Responsibilities

• Management of litigation caseloads
• Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, discovery
• Docket management and deadline management
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of depositions, hearings, motions, and trials
• Manage the discovery process

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years experience as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal
• Knowledge of and ability to electronically file (CM/ECF) pleadings required
• Knowledge of IManage is a plus
• Must be able to commute to the Hackensack, NJ Office 3x a week.
