A Financial Services Company is looking to grow their legal department and is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their team. Qualified candidates will have 5-10+ years of experience litigating in state and federal courts and before regulatory bodies ideally with some combination of: CFTC, SEC, NFA, FINA, and CME group and ICE exchanges. Attorneys are not expected to have worked with all of those.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to go in house for a growing, global company!
Candidates for this role can sit in either Chicago or NYC. The company is on a hybrid schedule in the office and offers competitive compensation and benefits. Salary expected to start around $175K.
