Immediate need for an experienced litigation paralegal to assist a large Boston firm with a heavy IP litigation caseload.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an IP Litigation paralegal or at least five years as a litigation paralegal on large/complex matters. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare documents, pleadings and filings for courts and other agencies.
- Assist with trial preparation.
- Assist with document management systems, which may include downloading patents and file histories.
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda and other documents in an accurate and timely manner.
Hybrid work - 2/3 days in Boston and the rest remote. Competitive hourly rate ! Six month duration.
