A prominent Plaintiff's law firm looking to bring on a Personal Injury Practice Leader to kickstart and manage their PI practice, nationally.

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to fill a key leadership role with an already established, sophisticated firm, who needs the right person to build their PI practice around. The firm has done extensive research and has a plan in place to leverage their vast client network and unparalleled marketing team. With the right person, they are ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should be excited to spearhead a new venture within a thriving firm alongside some of the best attorneys in the country.

Necessary Qualifications:

• 6+ years' experience investigating, trying, and settling plaintiff side personal-injury, single event cases
• Specific experience with auto accident, premises liability, nursing home, and medical malpractice cases
• Must have 1^st or 2^nd chair trial experience
• Proven success with both trials and settlements
• Ability to manage a growing team of associates and support staff
• This position does not require a BOB or any business development experience
• Fully remote - opportunity to open a local office if desired

Compensation will be competitive (base and bonus) with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based income as the group grows. Because the right candidate will have the opportunity to build and manage an entire practice area, future total compensation is limited only by the size of the practice that is developed.
