Beacon Hill Legal's client, a boutique class action Plaintiff's firm is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, driven, and passionate Litigation Associate to assist their team.

• Location: Onsite (San Francisco Financial District)
• Start: as soon as possible
• Duration: open-ended
• Hours: 40-hour workweek
• 2000-hour billable goal

We're looking for someone with the following:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in California.
• 2+ years of complex litigation experience and the drive to run their own docket of cases. Candidates with defense experience are encouraged to apply.
• Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience preferred
• Candidates with clerkship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about the work
• Strong Work ethic

The role involves:

• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• You will take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, handle mediation, examine witnesses at trial, and supervise more junior attorneys and support staff.
