One of our clients, a premier AmLaw firm, is seeking to bring on an experienced M&A associate attorney to its well-regarded practice in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidate will have at least five years of M&A transactions experience, regulatory and compliance experience a plus. Firm is open to relocation candidates who are eligible for waiver or willing to sit for an upcoming North Carolina bar exam.
