Beacon Hill's Legal Team is working with a Chamber's ranked team with offices throughout the country to help grow their busy corporate practice and are looking for Corporate Associates with 4+ years' experience in middle market M&A and private equity transactions at a law firm.

This team offers sophisticated deal work for clients large and small in a variety of industries including consumer products, technology, hospitality and healthcare. They are currently operating on a hybrid schedule and this role provides competitive compensation ($200,000 to $250,000 depending on experience) and benefits including a 401(k) plan plus matching, profit sharing, as well as hours-based and discretionary bonus potential.

Please note that although strong academic performance and experience with a large law firm are appreciated, a growth-minded candidate is going to be the best fit here. If you have worked with outside general counsel, that is also a huge plus.

This Associate could sit in a number of the firm's offices but there is a preference for someone physically located in Colorado, California, or Nevada.
