DevOps Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to drive continuous improvement in our development processes by implementing DORA metrics using Swarmia, Git, and OpenShift. In this role, you'll optimize deployment pipelines, reduce lead times, and ensure high system reliability. You will integrate Swarmia with our existing tools, automate workflows, and monitor performance to enhance software delivery velocity and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement DORA metrics to track deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, and MTTR.
Integrate Swarmia with Git and OpenShift to provide real-time insights.
Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments.
Collaborate with development teams to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Git and OpenShift.
Knowledge of DORA metrics and Swarmia for performance monitoring.
Strong automation and problem-solving skills.
