Manager, FP&A - Hybrid Cambridge, MA
We are working with a growing biotech company located in Cambridge that is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, this position can be mostly remote but applicants must be able to come onsite in Cambridge occassionally. This is a 6+ month contract role with potential to be converted to permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, tracking and reporting for clinical studies
- Report on the financial performance of clinical studies
- Work closely with Clinical and Regulatory vendors
- Update Clinical Cost Forecasts on a monthly basis
- Update consulting budgets and projections
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech space focused on clinical studies
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Must be very comfortable in Excel
- Management experience is preferred
