We are in search of a Manager of Reporting and Consolidations. Our office is located in Radnor, PA and we have a hybrid environment (in office Tues-Thurs). The person in this role will be tasked with coordinating all consolidation activities to ensure an accurate and timely close, consolidation, and monthly reporting process. This role will produce financial statement reporting as well as key performance indicators and understand and document key variances and business trends. This role will also supervise the intercompany accounting, legal entity tax reporting, and non-GAAP reconciliation process. The Accounting Consolidations Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting.


Position focus:
* Coordinate all consolidation activities to ensure an accurate and timely close, consolidation and reporting process.
* Guide and control the teams' general accounting activities, including recording company transactions, classifications, and reconciliation of account balances in accordance with GAAP and company policy.
* Implements new accounting policies and ensures those policies are communicated to team as well as the business.
* Support, develop and provide feedback to business leaders and senior leadership in the completion of deliverables and preparation of analysis.
* Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive accounting policy documents and internal control documentation, as applicable, and partner with internal/external auditors as well as business partners across the organization to ensure understanding and compliance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role in accounting, finance, business management or audit
* Accredited degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management
* Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to facilitate improvement of results and find solutions.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leaders as needed
* Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and overcome challenges
* Comfortable meeting critical deadlines with high accuracy
* Advanced Excel (including pivot tables, functions, charts, macros) experience required
