• Production activities in product manufacturing.
• Have a sound understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP, and ability to implement cGMP in daily production activities.
• Weigh raw materials per batch record and stage them for production.
• Batch record documentation: ensure batch record is complete and accurate.
• Report deviations. Conduct investigations. Participate in CAPA development and implementation.
• Perform and understand process operations for production.
• In-Process quality control testing including pH, conductivity, UV spectroscopy, Brix.
• Proper handling and disposal of production waste.
• Daily execution of operations; including all aspects of manufacturing: raw material staging, production operations, batch monitoring, batch transfers, equipment cleaning and recordkeeping.
• Escalate any process/production issues to management/QA's attention.
• Water ports sanitization
• Trending and analysis of process data
• Daily housekeeping and clean rooms sanitization
• Based on manufacturing scheduling and need to meet customer schedule, the job may require on a planned basis, periodic weekend work or working extended hours during weekdays.
• The job involves physical tasks and at times requires lifting to 50 lbs.
