Architectural Design firm located in Chelsea, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Marketing Coordinator to primarily support the leadership team and other studio members. This position will start ASAP, require 5 days in office. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm or 9:30-5:30 with availability for OT as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of proposal submissions, qualification packages, presentations, and related activities for potential opportunities/ new business.
• Organize the pursuit process while tracking marketing milestones and achievements.
• Assists in lead tracking, potential clients and maintains accurate client list.
• Research, assist, and prepare materials for award submissions.
• Assist with updating resumes for proposal submissions.
• Proofread and edit materials to ensure proper grammar, spelling and content.
• Assists management and consultants with the website; ensure accuracy and updates for new projects and personnel.
• Provide general support for marketing and business development efforts.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, or marketing required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC Industry.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
• Must possess strong computer skills and be highly proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office 365
• Must have prior experience or an understanding of RFPs and RFQs

Compensation/Benefits:

• DOE 70-80K + discretionary bonus
