Our client, a Commercial Real Estate firm in Northbrook, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in bringing their passion for marketing to a small but growing team. This is a direct hire position with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Produce property marketing collateral, documentation and logistics associated with the team's select real estate sale transactions
• Create press releases, digital/printed flyers, advertising, email, and social media campaigns
• Set up/manage project listings on Company website as well as third-party marketing sites
• Prepare, analyze, and provide insight on client status reports, track marketing budgets
• Communicate with internal staff as well as outside vendors (signage companies, print shops, third party agencies, etc.)
• Manage the website listing inventory management
• Other related job tasks, as requested

Requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Two + years' relevant work experience in a business environment
• Real estate transactional knowledge/ property marketing experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress is a plus
