Our client, a healthcare and diabetic management platform, is looking to add a Marketing Lifecycle Manager to their team. This is a remote position and must work EST/CST hours.

Must have prior biotech, pharma, or healthcare experience!

This role supports communication needs to drive patient enrollment and engagement. Partnering closely with Product, Clinical, Account Management and Operations, this position is responsible for executing across all stages and touchpoints of the customer journey-from co-branded awareness assets with partners to enrollment push touchpoints -- ultimately driving app downloads and/or telephonic connections. As part of the Marketing team, the Manager, Lifecycle Marketing contractor role plays a key role in influencing how customers engage with and perceive their brand, ideally reflected in higher customer satisfaction, NPS, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with VP, Patient Experience to execute patient-facing communications and touchpoints that drive enrollment and engagement.
  • Create, implement and support patient lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, DM and outbound calling campaigns improving patient retention and engagement; build relevant landing pages.
  • Set up system of work to allow for scaling co-branded communication flows
  • Build experimentation plan including scalable A/B tests across subject lines, calls to action, etc.
  • Ensure that the customer experience team works in collaboration with other involved business functions, consistently delivering great end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels and touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Enable a two-way stream with customer-facing teams by collecting feedback from customer-facing teams to derive meaningful insights for improvements and guiding teams to ensure a customer-centric attitude while acquiring new customers or working with existing customers
  • Own Health patient/member marketing technology stack including Marketo, Twilio and Qualtrics - partnering with IT to drive automation, segmentation, and speed to market.
  • Establish benchmarks, reporting capabilities, and monitoring for patient communications that support ongoing campaign analysis and performance reports/readouts to cross-functional stakeholders and the leadership team.

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • 5+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing and/or Retention Marketing ideally in the Digital Health or Employee Benefits space
  • Experience leading integrated, digital(email, SMS, etc.) and offline communications & campaigns, including packaging
  • History of partnering with UX design and research to define/develop customer journey
  • High level of comfort working with marketing automation tools like Marketo and building landing pages within WordPress
  • Customer research/interviews (influencing not leading)
  • Strong reporting & analytics experience required.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, HootSuite, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, and other online reporting tools
  • This is a remote role, with the candidate ideally located in either ET or CT time zones.
